We pretty much have special commands that we can check all the nicks the player had changed from and changed to. Even if the player changed their nick serveral times, we have statistics full of detailed information about that. Nonetheless, while reporting, you have to include /realname in the evidence, it's an official rule in reports, since players can also use the nicks that others had used before.
