how to use xp ?

how to use Xp i picked one pick at the tinkerer and i put a pick and givves me 450 xp what can i do with them

The pickaxe tinkerer gives tokens, not xp.
Experience is pretty much useless on prison.

The pickaxe tinker gives only tokens in exchange, not xp bottles. Also, as stated by Mad :} above, xp is useless on prison.
