how to not level up the spawners

hello . my spawners are getting combined but i dont want them to do that . how to stop it ??

,Spawners have level up system here. So it will merge till your spawner level is 28 then after that you can put down another spawner elsewhere. Also if you put another spawner far from the previous one, you can put them. I m not sure about the block distance betn both spawners tho.
