Well not everyday since people have school and stuff. But have a schedule like a video every 3 days or something.

Yes the key is to make regular content. With a regular content, people will expect videos from you which they enjoy and ultimately grows your channel. Deviating from the upload schedule can lower your active subscribers and lose a lot of views

If you wish to have more views and subs try expand your field of videos you put, so not only to put videos about 1 stuff for few weeks or more ...include and create your own "team"(expand your friend list ..),if you plan to make only videos about MC then you can make different types. For example videos about only pvp, videos about others players build(creations), server news (if you plan to be serverYoutuber),....make your own fields of interest, include more people on it, that way you get and create more different type of innovations and simply expand. More and different types of field you include more types of people you can attract (but that will also use more of your time), but will eventually create better and smarter videos.. (saying Not Youtuber .. just watcher xD)
