BedWars How to grind well !!!!!

Hey I have been trying to grind for a month to get decent stats on the server and wanted level 40 (currently level 20)
Any tips on how to grind to get to level 40
I know the missions are good
Anything else??

Buy ranks, they give more exp also playing 4s with a squad.
