BedWars How to fireball/tnt jump

Anyone pls help me. how to tnt/fireball jump
i tryed like 100 time but i cant do that.

It's pretty simple,
•to do tnt jump, place the tnt and wait for the tnt to flash 5 times, then sprint jump.
•To do fireball jump, sprint forward and launch the fireball under you right after you jump.
