Unless you have a Premium minecraft skin it is kinda difficult, you can try messaging an admin to manually change your skin but on your own on a cracked account you cannot change a skin.

Hello MyDefaultName,

You need a premium accounts to change your skin if you want it to be visible for everyone, go to the minecraft website and they will show you how to do it.

If you have a cracked account i believe you can still get a skin but your the only one thats able to see it,
Id suggest you watch a tutorial on YT.
PS: The skin you change it too you will see on all the other cracked Players, example currently u see steves, when changed maybe to alex you will see alexes.
