Every Boss drops are rare, however, if you want to increase your chances of getting a certain boss drops like Lucky coins, I suggest using a Plunder enchant in your boss sword.

There are no information yet for the probability of getting a certain boss drops, but it seems a it's low.

I would say Lucky Coin is very rare (if you're not using plunder enchant)
