How I "Key Bind" when playing Bed Wars.

Sneak - Left Shift
Sprint - Q
Throw Item - R
Item Slots - 123456789
For me, this is the easiest Key Binds.

throw is Z
inventory is middle mouse button
and C is opti zoom
