i want to sell a key, so i typ /ah help then there stands to do this: /ah sell (?) . but i dont know what to type in the (?)

Say you have to sell a key for 100 million, you will do
./ah sell 100000000

there is 3 ways to sell your item in SBD :
By using /shop and search for your item.
By using /ah sell <amount>, you can find your item in /ah.
Or by searching at island that provide a crate shop.
