How do I set an island warp description?

So lately I've been scrolling through warps, and I noticed some people have descriptions on their island warps (e.g. Welcome! Profit Shop/Blaze Grinder). How do I set one for my island?

Well you use color codes!
it catches the eye and helps people pick you such as &0 for black and so on
[welcome] to make your island warp
and anything you add under that is the part you can add your colorful ideas or desc

You can use "&" to make it colored, like This exemple.
