How do I get banker skill fast?

How do you advance in banker skill fast? Either if you sell one/multiple items you get 15 progress out of 1060... for just level 1, you have to sell one item 400 times to get level 5... Any tips? How did y'all pass level 12.

Use " Crop Shop Hoe " - found in rare crate.
Use that item to harvest Custom crops. U will get that skill pretty fast.
