If you want to get money fast without e ores then you gotta just sit and grind bosses then sell the boss drops for money
You get exp aswell for every boss kill

Regarding on how to get 1m exp, you should start by grinding blazes on top islands that has free grinders. After getting some exp, invest it in Legendary Books and try to get Mobslayer 5-10 (10 would be much better), afterwards try getting Inquisitive 5 in Immortal books. After doing so you can earn 1m exp in no time.
