I don't think you can **gift cosmetics**. But you can try and gift a rank maybe for them

You can't trade or gift cosmetics in-game.
But like iDrook said you can get him rank or you can even get him lootbox bundles from store which has cosmetics in them.
If you don't have money you can still help him by voting for him, incase he is not and try to get store iron for him with which then he can get bundles and ranks.

U can't gift in jartex yet would be cool if they add it tho it would make a lot of changes because if u dont hv a seasonal cosmetic and will never get it then u might hv a chance
