q - Sprint
w - Walk forward
e - Inventory
r - Throw item
t - Open chat
a - Strafe left
s - Walk backward
d - Strafe right
` - Perspective mod
F5 - Prespective
'TAB' - View players
'Shift' - Sneak / Croutch
c - Zoom (Optifine)
RMB - Break / hit
LMB - Place
MID MB - Pick block

I use [Forge Optifine 1.8.9]
These are my personal recommendation.
