In order to submit a staff - Trial application, you must have posted at least 10 messages.

This is the link for Staff Requirements REQUIREMENTS
While 10 Forums messages are must, you will most probably never get accepted. Try to get the Great Reporter role and atleast 200-300 messages before applying, you also have to be active on Discord and Forums prior submitting an Application.
