I'm new to Skyblock Dream and I have 2 questions:
1 - Can mobs spawn on your island?
2 - Can you combine enchanted books?

As far as I know, mobs cannot spawn by default on your island. Mobs only spawn if you have spawners placed down. Answering your second question, no, you cannot combine vanilla enchanting books. The only way to combine normal vanilla enchantments is to enchant them on separate items, then combine the items.

Mobs can spawn by default if you are far enough and light levels are low

Ty for the correction. Mobs will spawn by default if a 16x16 block radius has no entities and light levels are below 7, I believe.
