It may happen sometimes because of lag. Try rejoining the server. If it doesn't fix, wait for some time. It will get fixed by itself. Also you cannot party a person if he has disabled receiving party invites. So you can ask him to do /p settings and enable receiving party invites.

• Sometimes the party plugin has some issues and downtime; you can try joining with another IP, such as jartex.fun, mcgamer.zone or play.jartexnetwork.com; but your best bet is to wait for it to get fixed automatically. Apologies for any inconveniences that may have occurred.​
