Hello, help me please.
i was playing prison and i voted, i got a voting crate key, opened it and BOOM got a nick command...
but when i type /nick (NAME), it says you don't have access to this command why?.
and please don't tell me that i'm lying i am not lying and i promise you guys.

When you get the nick command it gives you an item (I believe its a name tag)
You have to right click that item to get access to the command
You can also sell the item to someone else if you don't want it

when you get any command from crates, it shows you the command as item. For nick command the item that gives you should looks like "item rename" command but it's nick command. You have to claim it to get access to it(right click). If you have done that, you should not have any problems.

Be careful while opening crates, if your inventory is full, the items will drop down.

Staff can't back items, if you have lost your drop from the crates it's your own fault.
