I didn't know a voucher perm voucher would downgrade me. I was god rank now im titan. Somone told me you dont loose your main rank and you get titan with the kit and god kit. idk why I thought it was a good idea to right click it but I want god rank back that I paid for. When you fill out a bug report, be sure to include as much information as you can and enough proof to help us fix the bug as soon as possible. This will help us understand the bugs more simply. Patience is essential in this situation because we don't have a set period for when they will be handled and paced. You can also get in touch with a staff member if you wish to report problems that could give you an unfair edge or simply ruin your gaming experience. Hello there! Your items will not be redeemed if you have lost them. If you have proof that you own a rank higher than the voucher, then please file a bug report about it and provide proof that you own the rank the voucher was offering.

Both work, but telling a staff member about the bug right away might help it get patched soon.
