Help please! Nick command is broken!

I bought a nick command in auction house but when i type /nick &eK&ai&en&ag&5_&4R&cE&4M , it says that "Nickname must be alphanumeric!" but i see other persons that have coloured nicknames but i can only put a basic,gray nickname,can someone explain me why?

And also please say how can I color change the name,what's the command?

I think Only Above ranks can do Color names

Well, I don't know much about this , but I see that only Ranks (gold , etc ) that have ability to use this command , can colour their names

I don't know if agree,but i can see different coloured names without ranks,but sure,i will try buy a thug rank! Even though i don't really think that ,,Nicknames must be alphanumeric" have something in common with the rank because i tried even put in these "-,_,+,=,|" and the same result ...

You can only color your name if you have Lunatic or higher or you bought your /nick from the actual store.
