Store Help needed for payment issue

I have created a payment issue ticket 47 days ago. Its not even checked by Max . They claim that they check such kind of tickets within 2-3 days.

What should I do, to get my payment issue resolved?

I asked for help in #assistance_chat about it, and no one had the answer.

Is max really that busy?

Staff members ignore my one stop support, DMs, etc.

At this point it's a violation of consumer rights. I am not asking for money, its just the gold amount

Thanks for taking your time in reporting this issue in this particular forum. However, Id like to add that it is not a violation of costumer rights as the server or staffs themselves don’t tend to make the problem or the issue in purpose.

EX SOLUTION:
• Try reaching to the manager of the server, Rodagave. Or contact a Senior Moderator who will reach out to Rodagave in figuring a solution out.

Additionally, I’d like to say sorry if I have misinformed or helped you incorrectly. Only if I did.
