Can you be more specific on How you cleared your inventory?

To clear specific items in Inventory do /trash put the items in the menu that you don't want.

you can do /trash to remove stuff from your inventory easier

Unfortunately, Cleared Inventories cannot be recovered, the command /clearinventory clearly did what it supposed to do.
Make sure to use it next time only if you want your whole inventory gone.
