Hello, my account name in game is PrecutCeiling64. And I have forgotten my password and my ip has changed because I have reset my modem and now I don't know what to do. Please help!

In order for you to get back your account, you have multiple solutions. You can as daviddaraban stated make a password reset rrequest. As you said, it didn't work because your IP had changed. Then what you can do is to DM one of our Sr Mods: ovq#0001, DrogonMC#8810 or Viclyn_#7114. Don't just say hello and state all your concern at once, it will save your time and theirs as well. Make sure to add as many details as you can about your situation. In order for the Sr Mod who will be handling your situation, please provide as many proofs as possible with your messages.
