I have already sent 2 password reset request and the both have been denied because of the same reason "my ip does not matches ". Because I have reset my modem, and my ip has changed.

In that case you could msg a sr.mod about it in forums or discord. Tell them your issue and i am pretty sure they will solve the problem.

Yes but try a 3rd time but in dm's, tell ur issue with as much details as posible, if u want dont msg ovq and msg viclyn_ or drogonMC

In order for you to get back your account, you have multiple solutions. You can as daviddaraban stated make a password reset rrequest. As you said, it didn't work because your IP had changed. Then what you can do is to DM one of our Sr Mods: ovq#0001, DrogonMC#8810 or Viclyn_#7114. Don't just say hello and state all your concern at once, it will save your time and theirs as well. Make sure to add as many details as you can about your situation. In order for the Sr Mod who will be handling your situation, please provide as many proofs as possible with your messages. Provide Screenshots of you, if you had paid for the server you can provide the payment proof to your message. If you had linked your account with Discord, you can type .info on the Jartex Discord server which will be a proof that you own the account.​
