Hello friends and welcome to another ranting session.
Now if you've played on Jartex for a bit already, you would probably know what a "Hat Command Voucher" is. If not, a Hat Command basically grants you the ability to do /hat whilst holding an item in your hotbar, and the said item will be worn in the helmet slot on your inventory interface. There are, however, limitations to what items can be worn as a hat.

Hat Commands are usually the cheapest commands you can find, either on the Auction House, trading it with another player or opening crates even. However, sometimes these commands can be sold at an absurd and ridiculous price.
To give you some context, before the most recent reset on Skyblock Fantasy ( Oct 5th, 2019 as of the date of writing this ), the richest person who held the #1 spot on /baltop ( who is amf258 I believe ) had a total of 3.3B dollars. This current season, the richest player thus far is MuliGG at 167B dollars. It is a huge gap due to the release of Infinite Chest Tokens this season which did not come in to play last season. This allowed the top players to buy mobheads for an absurd price ( over 20M per stack of Villager heads at /is warp KingGandalf ) during the current season, which led to an absolute downfall of the economy, seeing as most players would spend hours grinding heads and selling it for a large sum of money.
Comparing last season and this season, Hat Commands had an increase of about 4900% to over 20000% of its price. From 1M dollars per hat command to 50M-200M+ per.
The following is a picture of a Hat Command being sold on /ah this season :

*3 Hat Command Vouchers being sold for 50M per.
Plus, it's probably one of the most useless commands since a regular helmet would make much more sense, especially in PvP Combat, and working on your island while being in water ( with the Respiration enchantment ).
To sum things up, a Hat Command Voucher is a big waste of money, especially for beginners. I wouldn't recommend buying it unless you have money to spare, or if you're trolling. Instead, buying a Feed Command or a Fix Command would make much more sense as it's actually useful in saving your time and resources.
-Special thanks to szren for providing screenshots and doing the Math.
