Can we get the mods on this server to do there job and actually start banning hackers, even if they have ranks? Mods dont do jack shit too Spartan+ Hackers.

Look at this page(https://jartexnetwork.com/bans/) and you will see that staff ban cheaters and that they are trying.
Just because you can't see it, doesn't mean it's not happening.

If you find any suspicious player try to get some proof of him hacking or message a staff member about it mentioning the name of the player. You can check online staff by doing /staff.

^^^^^As well as that if you think the staff aren’t doing their job try to apply yourself if you wish to.

Staff are most of the time in vanish or nicked. They ban hackers without others realizing

Hi B Bsrat_A , sorry to hear that you are finding hackers. The staff team is removing as many hackers as they possibly can every day. If you are able to record hackers, it would be great if you reported them here. If you are unable to record the hacker, you can message the hacker's username to an online staff member (found using /staff ingame) or using the Jartex discord server.
