You get it from the boss loot of sea monster

Kraken scale is a boss drop which you get by killing sea monster. The chances to get it is completely random and does not depend on damage inflicted.
From spawn, turn left go straight and you'll find the sea monster.
you mainly need them for /level at the requirements to level up and gain access to silver and then gold zone(s).
