I don't know much about SkyBlock since I don't really play it.
In terms of what I know is that when you kill a mob you get the Head.

just make a farm where the mods fall and have 1 heart and then punch them then boom you get the head(try to find a way to auto punch without hack)i have a farm like this if you wan tit its really simple and easy

Mobs only drop heads if it’s killed by a player.

In order to get heads u need to kill the mobs yourself . Automatic farms wont drop heads.
