I was personally informed by a staff member that grave digging was gone for good.
However, on the older posts, it still says you will be punished with a warning? Was the staff lying or did staff forget to change it?

Greetings,

There's no official announcement been made in regards to this rule.
That means the rule is still it place until and unless we get an update from the management.

Regards,
Flex

Make sure the person who gave you that information was a staff over at https://jartexnetwork.com/staff/

Reason being that, grave digging rule is still in place over at https://jartexnetwork.com/rules/forums/
Be sure to clear context as grave digging is allowed in few of the forums like off-topic or suggestions and may not be allowed globally.

So unless you see a global announcement or global forum post regarding removal of rule, you should not be grave digging.

If a staff did inform you, make sure they are Senior Moderator+, in that case you should be fine.
Even if a staff has informally informed you, it is better not to break that rule as these staff can go back on their word and often never help in future.

Yeah, he is not to be trusted.
He has a history of breaking confidentiality along with abuse, so better stay clear of him.
