got rank transfer

I got a rank transfer and it hasnt gone through its been 1 hour. I quit this server a while ago and since then I changed my ign can someone help me.

I would request you to please wait and see for another 15-30 mins(maybe?) and even after that if your purchase didn't go through you can open a support ticket HERE.

A rank transfer costs 10 EUR and I assume they already purchased it so won't make much sense to spend 0 EUR just to change name. And yes, it would give you your rank back, they most likely bought the rank transfer to be able to play on a new name.
