You can trade your votes (./vote for store iron which you can spend in Jartex goldshop (./goldshop) for stuff which include ranks
You can only trade 2000 iron per month
So for 1000 iron you can purchase permanent iron rank
And next month you can get gold rank for 2000 iron

Yes, they can nick to any rank below which they own
So if they own diamond , they can nick to gold and iron too

Just type ./vote and it will open a menu where you can claim 500 iron for every 50 votes
