Last days, i see many people being legit while staff are on,
but when staff get off the start spamming, swearing and doing illegal things.
So I suggest putting secret staff, players can see the player chosen as he/she is a normal player, but the secret staff member will have perms to mute or warn, without anyone knowing that he/she muted he/she it will say you are muted by a secret staff member.​

How could this help to improve JartexNetwork?:

That will keep jartex as good as staff can make.​

Yes, that member should be a trusted member my administrators.​

Sorry but -1. Yes, there is a possibility it could help staff stop more spammers etc, but what if other people playing that gamemode needs help with something, they wont be able to see who is staff to be able to help them.

This kind of already exists, which is Moderators+ using /vanish.
You might not see some staffs, for example: ScreamerLV, Flaming_Chicken, Suhayl, and Peorioy but they are actually there.

That's 1 point, some other staff who do not have /vanish might be on their alts, looking for rule breakers.

Thank you for suggesting but like Legendiac and Conormck014 said;
We cannot have this because then the secret staff will not be able to help the players in need. And also, Moderator and above have /v . You might not see them on any online list but they are actually there watching.
