So we know staff work a lot to keep the server clean if u add best staff of the month which depends on their activity bans/mutes or like 3 top staff and they get a gift card price will be chosen by owners​

How could this help to improve JartexNetwork?:

it can improve it a lot all the staff would even work harder than they are doing right now i believe every staff will try to be more active and ban as much as they can​
