Global chat while talking in Party chat​

Description:

When you play skywars or bedwars in a Party, you have the most times /p chat on. but if you want to talk in global to say something to someone. you need to type /p chat again. and when you want back. you need to type it again. its much nice to add that when you put a ! before the message it gets in global. like the most servers have​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
