Glitch in factions

I boought 2 wild west keys today and. I wanted to trade one of them
And what happened was that there was a spot in spawn where pvp is somehow allowed a player killed me and I lost all my stuff including 2 wild west keys in spawn. He took all my stuff. I payed money for it and just because of some bug I lost 8 euros. Please fix this
