It is bro. It isn't body glitch because it is a hack used by the hackers to hit through walls

that's not wallhit. its a glitch in minecraft, it happens when you're too close to blocks that parts of your body go through the wall, and of course,those parts are hittable., just ignore it and try avoiding it.
