In order to redeem the prizes from giveaways you need to DM them on Instagram/Twitter. I see that it's taking a lot for them to review your DM asking for the prize reward. In case you want you can just simply DM them everyday to remind them to give it to you. In case this doesn't work DM Rodagave ( Rodagave#0001 ) and state your issue and how long you have been waiting for it to be given. Usually GiftCards take a lot longer then Ranks to be given.
