When you join the server and click the compass. There is a gamemode called Creative click it and you're ready.

i cant tell whether u wanna go to creative gamemode or get creative perms in survival so imma nswer both
u can not get creative mode in survival however u can play creative mode but with a limited plot and to do that just follow what downshift just said above
