That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying that if you decide to apply for the job, do it right. As a staff member, you're expected to set an example for people. Many fail to do so. If you know you're basically going to be a useless staff member, muting like once or twice a day, and banning even less, don't apply. If you're aware that the only reason you're applying is because you want a cool rank and some nice perks, don't apply. Simple.

Oh yeah I agree, which is why I felt the need to say the things I did. Don't get me wrong, some people do their job right and help people and the server out, but I feel like the majority just doesn't.

What gives you the idea that I know nothing? You can't know whether I've been staff on servers or not. Also, why take it personally? I said this wasn't directed towards anyone in specific for a reason. I think some of you are, in fact, doing great. Just because you're a staff member doesn't mean my opinion on staff is automatically wrong.

there isn't a very efficient or somewhat "working" reporting system though.
there's gonna be hackers until jartex does somthing like change some stuff that greatly affects hackers joining this server thinking its 'ez"
because thats what most of the nolife hackers think when joining this server lol what a shame ;-;
