Am i allowed to use freelook mod bcoz that modnis part of lunar too so am thinking to download it in salwyrr so will i get banned or am allowed to use

Yes, you are allowed to use freelook mod as you can see here

Although I would like to make this clear that freelook mod is allowed and not the freecam mod.
freelook allows you to see in all direction without changing the pacing direction. whereas,
freecam is like going into spectator mode (like dr strange's soul leaving his body for sometime to look around)

Using Disallowed modifications will result in you getting a permanent ban. You can have a list for those mods here

It's not bannable on jartex but it's bannable in other servers. You can't use lunar's freelook mod for some weird reason but you can use freelook in other clients.
