It does not matters with the number of players , as once you get into a Gamemode server, there will be less players. So it does not depends on number of players.

As you said, the best way to increase FPS is to also decrease your bank account. There are some really cool prebuilds out there, or you can build your own PC!

I get around 100-200 fps but it's not stable it always go down to 70 and lower and the number of players doesn't decrease ur fps

My fps are capped at 60fps as I have a laptop but it is smooth enough.

Turn off the FPS cap in settings. My PC can run smooth 150-180 FPS but before it used to only run 60 FPS because the settings was off and it was capped at 60 FPS.

but there is no reason to do that since my monitor is only 60hz

as someone said here before, it doesn't matter the number of players there is on the server. You can easily hide the players and lobby particles.

The amount of people you queue in game doesn't really affect your fps but the lobbies do.
