Introduction

This guide will contain the most important information regarding how punishments are issued on the JartexNetwork forums, and how to properly meet our behavior expectations. We will update this guide with a frequency according to the new rules, therefore you should stay tuned for possible new additions.

➜ Punishment System

The punishment system of JartexNetwork is based on "Warning Points". These warning points will be the ones to determine when you will be banned, as having a total of 15 warning points will lead to a 1-month suspension.

➜ What is a suspension?

A suspension occurs after you have reached the amount of 15 active warnings. Whilst being suspended, your access to the forums will be extremely limited, preventing you from accessing the main forums or getting involved with other members of the community. You will be able to appeal for your suspension.

➜ When and how are punishments applied?

The punishments will be handled according to the rule you have broken, the severe the rule is, the severe the punishment will be. The majority of the rules count with a soft punishment, with intentions of directing you through the right path and letting you know what actions you've done wrong.
Our staff team is able to punish you in any post and/or Forum/Sub-Forum, so make sure to always stay under the margin of the rules.

Advertising Inappropriate Content	0 pts	Permanent Suspension	Advertising 18+ content, as well as sexual graphical footage.
Advertising	0 pts	Permanent Suspension	Advertising other server's IP's, or external sites irrelevant to JartexNetwork.
Selling Accounts	0 pts	Temporal Suspension	Selling your in-game accounts, or items from another game is completely forbidden, and will get your account suspended for 31 days.
Arguing	1 pt	1 Month	Being involved in an argument with other members of the community.
Flood	1 pt	1 Month	Flooding posts, such as repeatedly commenting in threads, or massively spamming characters.
Going Off-Topic	1 pt	1 Month	Not following the topic settled in a thread, and disregarding its context.
Grave-Digging	1 pt	1 Month	Posting replies in old threads or attempting to revive them. The thread must be 1 month or older.
Micro-Posting	1 pt	1 Month	Creating multiple threads in the same sub-forum within a short amount of time.
Rioting	1 pt	1 Month	Attempting to create conflict or go against an idea/member.
Rudeness	1 pt	1 Month	Acting disrespectful towards other members of the community, overall showing toxicity.
Staff Impersonating	1 pt	1 Month	Impersonating a member of the staff team. By implying you are one of them or stating you are able to perform staff commands.
Signature Advertising	2 pts	2 Months	Including any type of Non-Jartex related links, invitations, and/or videos within your signature.
Bypassing Restrictions	2 pts	2 Months	Bypassing the word filter by adding irrelevant content to your post.
Reaction Spamming	2 pts	2 Months	Spamming the reactions of a member. Either positive or negative, it is forbidden.
Inappropriate Content	3 pts	3 Months	Posting inappropriate images and/or threads.
Inappropriate Language	3 pts	3 Months	Making use of sexual language and/or obscene vocabulary.
Inappropriate Behavior	3 pts	3 Months	Acting inappropriately within the community, such as taunting someone, acting sexually or having unusual behavior.
Racism / Discrimination	3 pts	3 Months	Discriminating others due to their race, beliefs, ethics, religions, and/or overall preferences are forbidden.
Dox Threats	5 pts	5 Months	Threatening members to leak their personal information.
DDoS Threats	5 pts	5 Months	Threatening members to boot them from their internet connection.

Note: Any rule not stated in the chart above, will be punished exactly the same as we punish within the server itself.​
