Also, I don't know if this was intentional but /fix all doesn't actually work on the set you're wearing. If this was to prevent the abuse I mentioned earlier than it's fine I was just curious so I'm throwing that in here as well.

/Fix Hand Cooldown
Description:
Hey everybody,
So, I can understand the purpose of having a cooldown on the fix perks so they can't be spammed and abused
but that's really something I can only see with /fix all since that can be used during combat and be used to repair your armor infinitely so it basically never breaks, hence why there is a cooldown for /fix all.
The same rule doesn't apply for /fix hand though considering you'd have to individually take off all of the armor you're wearing, hold it in your hand and spam /fix hand repeatedly, which I guess could happen but realistically it won't and if you think it will make the cooldown 1 minute instead of 15 because if the cooldown is 15 minutes then fix hand is basically pointless because the whole reason I use /fix in the first place is for armor and repairing one piece that's at 8% doesn't do much when the rest of the set is at 14%.
I might be on the minority side of this but just reducing the cooldown of /fix hand to 1 minute would be a lot more beneficially and useful and I don't think it can really be abused. Especially since in Prison armor isn't anything hard to come by. You can literally get an inventory full after 5 minutes.

Balances out the commands since making the cooldown equal for both assumes that the command both do the something when they don't, one is drastically better and more efficient than the other, and if that's the case it makes sense for that to have a longer cooldown, I.E 15 minutes. While the less effective version can have a shorter cooldown to bring it up to par if that makes sense.
