Fix a bug when spectator​

Description:

There is a bug when you are a spectator and in the screen there is a countdown to respawn but when you move around its broken its disappearing and appearing pls fix that abd pls dont put milisecond in the countdown make it like this without miliseconds: 5,4,3,2,1 not like this:5.9,5.8,5.7,5.6,5.5,5.4,5.3,5.2,5.1,4.9 and so on​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?
