with the ability to upgrade max power in your faction I think the current roster size is fine, LilPonies roster was pretty much half bots aswell...make faction roster like 40-50 would be better

you don't need f roster for a no comp map- Add /f alts (faction members with limited permissions -> no /f fly, can't break blocks in faction claim and the faction will get striked if someone is playing on the alt)
- Add /f roster (Limit of 40 players, cannot invite players without them being on /f roster, and the roster would get locked at the end of grace to prevent factions merging / changing throughout the map. /f alts WOULDN'T count towards the roster.)
- Make the factions competing for /f top rewards have to 'sign up' through the discord; have this managed by Team Factions. This will lead to better communication between the faction leaders and the staff. This is to prevent factions from evading faction strikes, or hiding value and then trying to win last week.
- Update the rules so they are CRYSTAL clear. This should deal with *everything* (raiding, countering, teaming, merging, bots, bitch claims, hiding value, anything that is a gray area). Please consult with Team Factions for this.

Maybe not the player traps but still make inq less rarerAdd a player trap that slowly kills mobs if mobs were to stand on it, it will also make mobs drop exp or smthing, and prob add better redstone or item sorters able to sort a lot of items in a chest without using redstone in item sorters and add a better less bulky redstone clock, and inquisitive is less rare and much easier to get
