Hello, players of JartexNetwork,

The time has finally arrived! I am excited to be able to announce today that Factions will reset officially next weekend!
We have read through all your suggestions and ideas, and we did our best to consider a lot. Not everyone has the same thoughts/suggestions what we have to do with jartex factions. We understand that there always will be people that will agree with a recommendation and disagree. We, however, did our best to implement as many suggestions as possible.

Before we go any further with the post, would I like to mention that jartex will not become a 3/4 week server. It's simply not possible with the current time we have and jartex being a network offering multiple different gamemodes.
That is also why specific suggestions will not be implemented. Since those ideas are there for a server, that is only three weeks. Adding those suggestions will make it too easy and will get you bored after three weeks. In our opinion, is it better to not add those suggestions, instead have people do a little more work before they get something. (For example sand bots)

Now back to what the new reset will offer, we did our best fix all current bugs, a faction strike system is created, updated the rules for factions. But that isn't all! a full list of fixes and new features is below, so let's not make it any longer and go straight to the details since that's what people are interested in.

End of the world event

There will be an end of the world event on factions. Lets quickly explain what this event is about; to celebrate the coming reset we will put around 7 days before the reset signs at spawn, if you click those signs there will open a menu and you can get tons of free items, think about free gkits, millions of in-game money, tons of free experience to make the overpowerest armor ever! You can finally pvp to everyone without the fear of losing your gear, you have worked weeks for. So clearly this is the event everyone should participate in! Hop on factions and have fun!

Raid Event

There will be a raid event on factions after the first 4 weeks of this reset. This event will be hosted by our event team! Lets quickly explain what this event is about; The raid event will be a Faction based event, meaning that your faction will have to be the first one who will breach inside the base (with a cannon), which will include amazing loot. More information about this event will however follow, so stay tuned.

Faction Top Rewards
This new and upcoming Faction season comes of course with a brand new Faction top competition.

Map resets will now last 9 weeks
A season will last exactly ten weeks or 63 days. This means that a schedule for the start and end of a map is pre-defined, as-well-as an end of map payout what will be at Saturday 13 June 2020 at 18:00 GMT / 14:00 EST / 13:00 CST / 12:00 MT / 11:00 PST

The season starts at the following date and time:

Every 2 weeks Rewards: #1, #2, & #3

    • The new map will feature a brand new spawn wild west themed!

    • Removed client-side sync with TNT, meaning it will now look like that TNT is moving in water, but it's actually not. This will increase everyone's FPS, especially for larger cannons.

Q: Why did factions reset?
A:
A lot of people have left and said the map became boring they have seen everything, and they want a fresh start. So here it is a clean new map with some updates!


This means all factions, items, money and the map will be reset. Nothing will be kept leftover from the previous map. Of course, all purchases will be reissued so nobody will be out of pocket in that regard. I know this must be a disappointing revelation for a lot of you, but think about the exciting new changes, the new alliances you can forge, the new map, the new features, and updates the different kind of gameplay and style being provided with this update will surely make it a worth-while and exciting reset!
