Hex is a custom enchant forma sword that makes you blind for like 2 seconds.

I suggest removing it because there's another enchant that does the same ( blindless ) it cost 30000 exp instead of 2000 exp (hex)​

How could this help to improve JartexNetwork?:

Making grinding more usefull and making blindless not a common enchant ( it is very good on koth and teamfights)​
