Q 1) What is your suggestion?
A 1) - To add a global XP booster.

Q 3) Explain your suggestion a little bit if needed.
A 3) - A global xp booster can be added which when used will give double or even triple the amount of exp a mob drops for a limited amount of time, example 30min to 1hour. This will make grinding in factions much easier especially for the new people who just started to play factions( in short, noobs
or me :=). When this Global so booster is activated, then the whole server gets the boost not only the player. This gives options for things like Factions exp booster and Personal Exp booster, but I'm just explaining in general. This can be at the price range between 15$-20$for doubling the xp so people can't misuse it a lot.

Suggested by XONE: to prevent bots in using this, you add implement captcha into the server. Before you get the x2 multiplier, the server will ask you to do a captcha after every {amount of mins} depending on how much time is the booster. If the booster is x2 for 6min, then every 2 mins it will ask you a captcha until the effect is over.

A 4) - This can improve Jartex by generating a lot of revenue from it, which in short means Money MONEY 4 da serverB). This also brings the community closer because people will thank the person who bought it and he get a lot of fans
