Factions Can't Fly in Enemy Claim​

Description:

Factions can't fly in enemy claim Because it killed overall pvp experience, It's really annoying when you're pvping and you're opponent just fly away when he was about to die.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

it can improve pvp experience, it's really annoying when you're pvp and you're opponent just fly away and you can't do anything about it,
it can make server less pay 2 win, i have fly but there is more players those who don't have,​

-1, ppl cant fly away in combat so u gotta keep them tagged, raiding is rlly annoying without /fly and it rlly kills the whole experience if its not their, what ur saying about being spawn killed is a valid point but u can make ur fhome a safe box so u dont get spawn killed and gear up in some good gear to def ur base.
